The full bench of the Federal Court has upheld the decision that Dr. Haneef is innocent of all charges laid against him by the then Australian Federal Immigration Minister, Kevin Andrews.

There are two triumps for truth in this whole saga:

The justice of the Australian court system, and we should applaud it;
The ruthless dishonesty and incompetence of the previous Liberal government, and we should pray that we never to return to that.
